  • Track 1 (required first). Licensed Korean counsel on Medical Service Act (의료법) and PIPA (개인정보 보호법), plus labeling/advertising and the E-commerce Act residual. Operator is in Seoul.
  • Track 2 (required before US persons). Licensed US counsel on FTC Act §5, health-coaching claims, substantiation, endorsements, and state unlicensed-practice lines.
  • Honest residual means: counsel retained on the required tracks, or you accept residual risk in a dated writing after a written quote. A verbal "we will get a lawyer later" is not a residual.
